What happens at the end of the book, Incredibly Close and Extremely Loud?

I Read upto page 216, But i have a test today on the rest of the book, please help me out, if you can tell me the outcome of the book, a couple of conflicts that came up, or even some stupid details that could prove i read it... Thank YOu

I seem to remember that the bus with the whole band on it skidded and hit a tree as they were coming back home. They were Incredibly Close to the side of the road and had an Extremely Loud collision. Does that help?
