The price is meaningless since gasoline from the pump cannot be measured that accurately. The final price will be off by a few cents no matter how it is priced.

The consumer. Because we are only paying the 9/10 so the 1/10 is still in our pockets. Its like if you buy somthing for .99 cents. They might as well charge you the whole dollar, but hey, you get to keep that .01 cent. What a bargain!

Dan, I have noticed that several people have expressed a concern for this 9/10ths issue. This amazes me. I sell a product that can increase your car's mileage by between 7% and 19%. A mileage increase of 4% pays for the product. Any additional is money in your pocket. Major trucking and transportation companies use this product but many individuals are to lazy to pour two ounces of fluid into their gas tank to save $5.00. I call the rest - Cutomers! Check it out for yourself. See http://saveongasoline.com/viabruce .
