First, have you any health problems other than your weight?
2/ Do you suffer from depression?
3/ Do you live alone? if so are you lonely, this may sound daft but being depressed and alone can lead to lots of problems.
4/ Any problems with family or friends? if so , can you talk to them about it to overcome it.
5/ Are you taking any longterm medication?
I suffer from kidney failure and I put a lot of weight on due to fluid build up, hence I have dialysis and have approx 5 liters of fluid taken from me, I lose approx 1 stone in weight in 4 and 1 half hours. So as you can see that sometimes it can be your health that's the cause.
Lastly, do you have a large appetite? be honest with yourself, If you do eat a lot then you will have to diet, one tip that I gave someone else was to keep busy, keep away from fast food outlets and take only the money that you need when you go out otherwise you will end up eating just for the sheer sake of it. I hope I have helped you. Jimmy

Are you eating more? and what are you eating that has made you suddenly put on weight? Are you feeling down or depressed? Just try to identify what it is, cut out the fat, eat natural foods so forget burgers, chips, any processed ready made meals. Eat 3 good meals a day, and snack throughout the day on good stuff like fruit or rice cakes etc. As long as you eat healthy food, you can eat as much as you like. Brown rice is great for dinner with chicken or vegetables etc as it is sooo good for you and fills you up. Make sure you eat a big bowl of porridge or good healthy cereal in the morning as this sees you through the day. Another nice thing to snack on if you feel like cookies, is oatcakes, so tasty. And exercise, even walking more does the trick. But remember, just be healthy. Enjoy!

Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you are working out, you may experience a gain. Despite all the diet claims, there are only two things that will cause a person to lose weight.
1. Less caloric intake
2. More exercise
If you combine those two, results WILL follow.

Don't worry this is natural, by the time you are 75 you should be weighing a normal weight of around 600 pounds, heavy (average for an american and the brits soon).

Cut your calories and work out, this should help, but don't worry if after you start to loose weight and you start to gain some of it back, that is just you gaining muscles, which weigh more than fat.

drink a lot of water. Drink it before you eat. Take Papaya enzymes before, during ,or after you eat. They help your fats and carbohydrates to break down easier.
You need to MOVE to lose.
