Hey! I'm a major Seahawks fan and just about leaped out of my seat when I heard the Seattle Seahawks picked up Wide Receiver Deion Branch out of New England for a 2007 1'st Round Draft Pick.
I was wondering. Since Darrel Jackson is on his last legs with the latest knee surgury and the injury to Tight End Jermey Stevens...if picking up Deion Branch was a great thing.
So on a scale of 1-10. Best to worse. Was Deion a good pickup?

Brady is a better QB then Hassaleback, never the less though Branch will make a great addition to the team. For Seattle to win they rely on the defense and run game for sure, expect him to catch around 800-1000 yards and maybe 5-6 TDS.

I'd say about a 7 out of 10.

Edit.
There is no way he is a 9 or a 10, a pick up of that type would be a Moss, Owens, Johnson kinda guy. Branch is a 7-8 nothing more then that, you have Engram, and Burleson(picked up from Vikings) that are both capable of a 1000 yards in a season. Branch is a solid WR, but there are two other solid WRs on the team, he will not shine.

I'd give the move a 9. Branch is a solid WR and Matt will love throwing to this guy. Great pick-up for Seattle.

looks to me seattle needs a Q.B. unless they use branch on a reverse to throw the ball. last year was a fluke.
