Let them go you dipstick! Snakes are not meant to be pets. They do not like you and want to get away from you and back to nature. I can only assume you have an identity crisis as 99.9% of people who keep snakes, lizards, fish, birds, and turtles as pets are losers who just think these oddball pets make them cool. In reality. . . all these pets do is **** all over and stink up their house. I mean. . come on folks. . . are you gonna snuggle up or play fetch with any of these? Plus. . . all these pets are usually kept in extremelly small cages and such. I'm sure if they could get out they'd kill their captors. By the way. . . the 0.1% of people with these pets who don't have an identity crisis. . . well. . .they work at zoos or are named the Crocodile Hunter. Rest in Peace Steve Irwin!

Kepp them in a secure cage with a decent lock. Snakes especially Corn Snakes can escape through very narrow gaps. Also make sure your snakes are fed regular, perhaps you need to upsize the food you are giving them. They are like men, keep their tums full and they wont stray!

You need to make sure that the tank is properley secured. The snake at college did this and they realised it was because they had slidding doors on the tank and when they closed one it pulled the other open.

If you mean theyre trying to escape when your handling them, then just keep handling them and they should settle down, as they are cold blooded though you wont be able to train them like you could say a rabbit, they will always have a mind of their own.

Get a better home for them.. I have had a snake for 7 years and never once has it "ran" or slithered for that matter away!

They obviously don't like you very much. Why do you keep snakes? You can't have relationship with them. if they can survive let them go.

one of the reasons for a snake to escape is that they are cold, you might need to get a heat mat, available from most pet shops.

I presume you have a license to have these reptiles in the first place & of course you have read up on all the gen before taking them on...Yes? Right then phone your local Zoo & explain exactly want is happening & then if you really want to be a hero enable these reptiles to go back to their original habitat.
