Hi ,
I will suggest you something since i used to have terrible pimples and acne.
Firstly watch what you eat-like oily stuff , ice creams etc, they dont help ur skin
Secondly if ur face is oily try reducing its oiliness by washing face regularly- even quicker use ice cubes and cold water that will close ur open pores quicly......you will see the difference within two days.Use plenty of rose water, it's natural and cheap, keeps your skin tight and smooth.
For the acne scars if u have any DO NOT apply yoghurt directly as some one suggested here- in way it's right but not completely.Use the water that has collected on top of yoghurt on ur face, apply it for 15 mins , you could use turmeric to give ur skin an yellowish golden glow too.
These if followed with general procedures of cleansing will certainly remove ur pimples within two weeks along with scars....
Minimum a week.....
Drink lots of water
Hope u have a pimple free skin pal :-)

Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Complete Acne Therapy System
works faster than Proactiv and is not as harsh on your skin. It will clear up my acne in 2-3 days. Also try Neutrogena On-the-Spot Acne Treatment. It only has 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide, yet it provides the same maximum level of effectiveness as a conventional 10% prescription. Less Benzoyl Peroxide means less irritation. It also wont dry out your face. Work overnight for me.

if u just have a zit or two, use some tea tree oil or toothpaste or the clean and clear active gel thing (it really works!). if u have a lot of pimples (ie. acne) then maybe u shud go see a dermatologist? there are different causes of acne- excess oil-production, dandruff, bacteria etc. once u see a doc they will tell you what is causing ur breakouts and then they will give the appropriate treatment.

Clearasil has a relatively new face wash that claims it guarantees you to have better skin in 3 days. I've tried it and it definitely works, except for the occasional underground-volcano zit that you get when it's that time of the month...

take cinnamon powder and honey in equal quantities mix them together and apply them on affected areas at night before you go to sleep. place some tissue paper on the mixture to prevent it from sticking all around the place.
wash away the mixture in the morning.

First of all, it's important that you take care of your skin on a daily/weekly basis as follows...

~DAILY/WEEKLY SKINCARE~
-You will need: Cleanser, Toner (or Astringent), Cotton Balls, Moisturizer, Mask (or Masque), Extractor (found at most beauty supply stores), and either a facial steamer or hand towel for steaming.

-Morning and night (before going to bed): cleanse, tone, and moisturize. If you have clogged pores, whiteheads and blackheads, then 2-3 times a week include steaming (in this order: cleanse, tone, steam, tone, moisturize). Every couple of days, use a spot treatment for pimples, such as Neutrogena's On-the-Spot Acne Treatment. Using it too often could cause excessive dryness, worsening of the pimple, and increased production of sebum (oil).

-Once a week: cleanse, tone, steam, exfoliate, tone, *extractions, tone, mask, tone, moisturize. *IF NEEDED, for blackheads, pimples, etc, Don't begin doing extractions until you have been following all of the other steps for at least . weeks, so that the steaming will have caused any tough blemishes to begin to soften.

-How to: *
Cleanse -use a small amount and lather with water, apply using circular motions all over face and neck, repeat if you have makeup on
Tone - Squeeze a small amount onto the cottonball and wipe all over face and neck
Steam - for 10-15 minutes, using one of these methods: facial steamer, hold your face 3-5 inches above steaming water, or drape a hot towel over your face (leaving your nostrils and/or mouth exposed)
Exfoliate - follow the same steps as in cleansing, but don't repeat
Extractions - place the hoop (or eye) over the blemish (or blackhead) so that the blemish is in the center of the hoop, apply slight pressure and use rocking and rolling movements all around the blemish (don't use so much pressure that you create indentions or bruises on your skin), if and when the blockage comes out of the pore, wipe away with a cottonball that has been dampened with toner
Mask - apply mask evenly on face and neck, leave for 10-15 minutes, remove by draping a hot towel over your face, then wiping away - if it begins to sting or burn intensly before 10-15 minutes has passed remove and consider using a milder mask
Moisturize - apply a small amount on face an neck and massage until it's absorbed
*In all of these steps, always avoid the eye area.
