I was born and raised within 20 miles of where i am sitting right now. I have done some relocating but ended up back here somehow.

My Uncle actually has been tracking our family for about 10 years now. He actually hired a historian who does this kind of thing. So far our family has been tracked back to around 1460 to a clan in northern Scotland. It appears alot of our family were used as spies in battles and wars against the English. We came to America around 1720 or so. We came to Texas in 1870.

Dad's side- Rhode Island for as far back as anyone can remember
both sides migrated to West Texas in the last generation.

My husband and I still live in the metro area where we were born. We have traveled and lived abroad quite a bit, but when in the US we keep coming home.
