Just "drag" your cursor over the text you want to copy by left clicking in the corner (any corner will do) and keeping left click held until all the text has go blue then let go of the left click button and right click the blued out text and click "copy" then go to your e-mail, blank sheet etc. and simply click "paste"

NB when copying and pasting a link highlight it and click copy (for just the text) or copy shortcut (for the actual link)

Copy and paste, my friend.

To select: click the left mouse button at the beginning of the email or web address or plain text, hold down the left mouse button while dragging it down to the end of your selection, and then press CTRL-C. Go to your email editor, web browser, or text editor and press CTRL-V. This will stick what you selected wherever you put the cursor before hitting CTRL-V.

Run your cursor over the text and click to highlight the item you would like to paste. Right click on your mouse and select "copy". Then wherever you want to paste it, right click over the area and select "paste". You should see your text there. Good luck!
