Sounds like a normal length. A soft penis can really be any length, sometimes it even can pull back towards the body and look like an acorn. So if anyone ever tries to make fun of a soft penis then they are just stupid. Happened to me one time in the lockerroom at gym (High School), guy starts giving me heck cause I am pretty small limp. I just told him "at least I'm not hard around other naked guys like you". Well that was the last time he said anything lol.

Hey don't get stressing over the size of your penis, there all diffrent in color in size and shape....You are normal size for a 17 yr old dude !! The normal size of most fully grown adults is 6' so don't stress your normal.
