I certainly do. I ride a commuter train each day to work and if there is a person with a fur on. I move seats. To me, it is the equivalent of wearing roadkill. Yuk!

In 5-10 below zero temperatures, no one is very sexy in their own skin.
For many years I did not wear my mink coat as I felt a bit uneasy about wearing fur as well.
Then last winter during an extremely bitter weather pattern, I took it out of storage and wore it. How warm it was!
When I purchased the coat in 1980, there was no raised consciousness about animal fur. I bought the coat to keep warm in the cold New England climate where I live.
I am sorry that it offends you. So, don't look...

It is as distasteful to me as leather, and leather also once belonged to a living, breathing creature...I don't see the difference between slaughtering a cow or a skunk...killing is killing, no matter what.
You animal lovers are soooo funny, you sure wear some sort of leather, plus you eat ork, beef, ham, or any sort of (dead) animal protein. Even if you're veggies, you killed a plant to feed you. And you don't feed just for living, but also for pleasure (figs and blueberries are not precisely a staple)

I absolutely agree. I went to a fancy mall last week and the Macy's there had a fur salon. How disgusting.
Fur coats best belong on animals. My kitties have beautiful fur coats!

Funny you should ask that question, just yesterday I was talking to a bear, rabbit and a mink,.. and I asked them the same question...Is wearing fur disgusting?... strangely enough, they said..."NO" It suits us!! And I agree, thats where it looks best...on the creatures it originally grows on... fur traders should be ashamed!!!

Depends on size for me.
a fullblown fur coat would not be kewl.
but a small one that is tasteful and not overpowering
is not a problem.
Its more a mattter for some if they are anti-animal use.

What's the name of that origanization that has bombed out,and poured blood on furriers, and stores which sell expensive fur coats, stoles, and animal hide products----God gave us those "animal products" ,eon ago, long before he allowed us the knowledge to create so called "synthetics"
