Bush planning 9/11 is all speculation so the attack on WTC was planned by speculation as well. Actually if I remember they caught the guys who planned the attack on the WTC 1993.

Bush did silly, don't you know he had a bye week from the Rangers so he decided why not plan an attack on the WTC, thus laying the groundwork for terrorism so when he becomes president he can do it again to justify a war to create profits for oil companies.
It's just that simple, gosh!

Nobody planned it. You see, the plane wasnt hijacked. The plane crashed because the pilot had a heart attack, the passengers panicked and started using their mobile phones, and the electrical system shut down with the use of mobile phones, thus crashing into the WTC. So, it was the passengers fault. That's my theory anyway.

Your hypothesis (If Bush planned 9/11) is absurd to begin with (Bush couldn't plan a one-course breakfast), so your question is faulty (although I must say, the first answerer posits an intriguing scenario.)

I don't think Bush planned it, I think the government failed to act on various and numerous warnings, fear of chaos if they let those warnings out or shut down the airlines. This is the result we got. We're fighting the same wars we've been fighting for 100 years, they don't get better. Eventually it will get worse.
