Does Dell have physical stores where I can buy ink cartridges?? I don't want to wait for shipping.

Nope. That is the Dell success story. Telephone or Internet marketing. So you have to PLAN ahead, and have the next cartridges ready when you plug in a replacement.
So buy TWO this time.

There's one in Texas. That's right, just one. I saw it on their website, it's a Dell Direct Store. My local mall has a Dell kiosk where you can order things and have it shipped to you, and the salespeople are really pushy and act like you're a complete idiot. I think Best Buy and CompUsa may have Dell catridges.

Dell stores are being tested out, but none of them actually sell anything physical at the store. You'll get a bunch of useless salesman trying to sell you a computer that isn't there. All they do is take your order at the store, and you'll get a delivery.

Go to their site and click on store locator - if there isn't a store locator then I suspect they do not have locations. I believe (unless they changed their model over the past 10 years) that they have "Service centers" for equipment needing repairs - but not retail outlets - however, in major cities, like New York - they may have a walk in location.

NO they do not, you have to buy on-line.
They do have kiosk, however those are only set up to order product on-line.
