Could be Gas, or Ulcer, or even Gastritis.
The nest way to pin point this thing is what did he eat this morning or last night.? When it did it start? Where iot the prmamry pain located upper or lower?
All these questions play a factor, but for starters ;ets just say he has an upset stomach.
Try Pepto Bismol/

Stomach pain or bellyache may be caused due to a problem in the organs in the abdominal region including digestive system, the liver, the gall bladder, pancreas, the appendix and the kidney. Minor problems like gastroenteritis can cause severe stomach pain, while fatal illnesses like cancer may cause only mild pain. Try doing something to keep your mind off of it. Start a conversation with him about something other than how he feels. Have him play an online game if allowed.

It depends whats causing the pain!! Could be gas / constipation to tell him to take a trip to the mens and, um, well you know!
If its something else, well, send him to the docs! Or distract him as you have been doing lol!

Chances are, its just an acid stomach. Get him some tums or other anacid. If it gets worse or he starts to sweat and shake. He needs a doctor.

Silly s*d!!! - Either he goes home now and sees his GP or you call an ambulance and he gets carted off to hospital. Either way he gets expert medical help.

I hope he's allowed to leave the workplace or wherever. It could be appendicitis or something serious. Can you get him to a clinic?
