Never met Van Morrison, but I have met Chuck Berry (after one of his shows, I stole his sweat rag), Joey Molland of Badfinger, three of Paul McCartney's guitar players (Hamish Stewart, Lawrence Jubber, Robbie Macintosh), Melloncamp (on a plane, he was an asshole), Johnny Rivers (also an asshole), Davy Jones, Tiny Tim (at the circus, I was 4 and scared of him), George Harrison's sister and nephew, the original drummer from the Guess Who, and a bunch of others. I met most of them at shows.

I met him at an open air concert. He was walking around after his set. He was nice guy.

I haven't but people I know have and they said he was an arrogant tosser, in mitigation he has something to be arrogant about I suppose.
