Hi! you could visit the site below. The name of the program is JAP software. It's easy to use and you can browse websites blocked in your area. In fact, I've used it myself.. and still using it up to date..

Depends on the blocking mechanism really.
If you're in an office then it's being blocked in the server room, ask your manager to allow the site if it's for legimate business or during your lunch break. Many offices allow staff to use their machines for personal business during breaks, unless you ask for a particular site how are they to know it's suitable for access?
If you're on a home PC and the owner has blocked sites then they did so for a good reason, it would be very irresponsible for anyone to assist you in bypassing it.

You will probably get in loads of trouble if you unblock the sites that your folks have blocked from you. Stick with sites which are available to you, & don't try to mess with the programs. Internet safety is there for plenty of real good reasons.

yes there is a very easy to use proxy on the internet that will get you through blocks by servers. just type in the URL in the box on the site and it will go to your chosen site. below is the address

I'd love to, but my suspicion is they are blocked for a good reason. I don't want to contribute to your delinquency or help you do something you shouldn't be doing. Plenty of other sites with lots of info, entertainment, things to see and do, and nice and legal.
