Yahoo is enforcing the their Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. Remember that this is a private forum, and constitutional protections against government action (1st Amendment) don't apply.

No. As a matter of fact if someone asks a medical question on Answers and a user gives an answer that leads to critical injury or death, nobody is held responsible. There is no implied warranty here on Yahoo Answers.

nope yahoo isn't
the person who puts up the question is
or the answerer if the answer is abusive
yahoo jsut provides service
and niot resp. for the content
if they notice its bad
they remove it
and declare invalid
