Anyone use Dr Brown's bottles on their babies? I noticed an air tube in them. I was just wondering if they were a pain to clean with that tube???

My daughter used those bottles. She had a gas problem along with acid reflux, and the bottles were wonderful. But they are a pain to clean. The bottles should already come with a tube cleaner. But I bought some extra pipe cleaners at a smoke shop (I wasn't able to buy the pipe cleaners that came w/ the bottle seperately).

My cousin did with her son that I babysit. I thought they worked great. All you had to do was put them in the dishwasher, and they were all set. The only thing that irritated me was one time, I forgot the little tube, and screwed the top on, and fed the baby. All of the formula came spewing out all over the baby. If the tube is not in there, it won't seal properly, and you will find out the hard way, like I did!

It can be a pain, but believe me It's worth It. When my son was born he had bad gas In his stomach and these were the only bottle that helped him. There are two extra pieces to clean and they give you a little wire brush to clean out both of these two parts. I give this product a ***** five star rating!

They are a pain to clean and I eneded up switching to new bottles called soothies, you can find them at Wal-Mart. I also love avent bottles.
I found that as long as I burped my babies, the bottle didn't really matter. Gas drops are a big help too!

I use them. There is only 2 extra pieces to clean out compared to a average bottle. It is a little annoying to clean them out but worth it. There are no bubbles when you feed your baby.

Not at all! I have them for my daughter, and I just let them soak in hot water, with a mild soap, then sterilize them with her other bottles. I throw the tub and the plastic top that goes with it all in one cleaning cycle. Not a pain, whatsoever.
