i signed in my amazon account from my friends computer and they blocked my account after they shut down his account, how they do that? they track from IP address or cookies or both? please help

Different methods are used by different companies, but yes, they can track what computer you are using (IP, mac address, cookies, etc) and block any traffic from that specfic computer.

To get around it, you would have to delete all the cookies, have your ISP change your IP address and probably replace your cable or DSL modem, and replace the network card within your computer. Then you MIGHT have changed everything they are tracking....

It's not so easy.
Even if you will make new account it' just matter of time you will have suspended also new one.

It's enough that ebay suspend you for one time, it means every new account also will be under radar...
