I would say no. Go ahead, and take your bath, but take your protein first. (If you take it) After a workout, the body needs protein within 45 minutes to build muscle and some immediate rest time. Your best bet would be to work-out, take your protein, and then take the bath. The bath will help your body relax. Good Luck

not immediately but after some rest [ say 10 to 15 minutes ] to let your body relax, then have bath !

A hot shower can interrupt your body's recovery process leading to potential kidney failure and death.

A cool shower or bath is OK.
