you can get them anywhere. Kmart, walmart, etc. to make clean up easier wrap aluminum foil around them before putting them in place. just make sure the foil isn't touching the burners or you will short them out.

It's a little more tedious but you can buy brand new ones and spray them with non-stick cooking spray. This process will need to be done every week or so. We have done this for quite some time and it works pretty good.

if you are talking about the pans under the heating coils, you can lift up the coil and unplug them , take the pans and soak them in ammonia and water.

DO NOT wrap them in foil. foil isn't fire resistant and will catch on fire. please don't use foil.
