Lawyers for Slick Willy Clinton penned a letter to ABC on Friday demanding that the network correct what they consider "fiction" regarding 'The Path to 9/11' docudrama or decide not to broadcast it.
They can sit silent during such fictional and misleading garbage as "Fahrenheit 9/11" but when someone -- especially their beloved Hollywood -- dares to take another tack, and one based on FACT, they resort to what they do best: WHINING!
Some people trash Bush as though they could do a better job as president (laughable), but God forbid any of the loony left ever get back in that office. Bill Clinton is more responsible for 9/11 than anyone alive save bin Laden himself. The Republicans may not be doing everything right (illegal immigration and worrying about what the world thinks instead of dropping an iron hammer on Iraq, for example), but at least they are DOING something.
Does anyone seriously doubt we would have been attacked again after 9/11with Democrats in charge?

We absolutely would have been attacked again had democrat been in charge. While I don't neceessarily agree with the subrogation of our civil rights (truth be told if they want to listen in on my phone calls to my abuela they are more than welcome), but there were hard decisions to be made in order to protect us from another attack.
If the Presidency and both houses were not in Republican control there is no doubt in my mind that we would have seen additional attacks because nothing would have gotten done to make the fundamental changes in security.

why would bill clinton - or any other liberal write a letter against f9-11? it was bashing the conservatives. why should they do anything for them? it's the cons call if they want to write letters to m. moore about the f9-11 they see as false. since the movie portrays b. clinton as one way & he believes it happened another, it's up to him to say - hey i don't like it - this is what happened. you'd do the same if someone wrote up a report at your work & blamed you for something that went wrong & you felt it didn't happen like that, wouldn't you? god, you people always have to have it one way or the other - you can't just look at things for what they are cuz all you can see are the liberal or conservative lables on people. we were attacked - both clinton & bush & bush sr. & reagan, & carter...etc. made errors that led up to it...end of story. quit labeling people and realize that they ALL make mistakes. could someone do a better job then bush - you bet their *** they could, but i don't blame him, i blame the people that would rather tow the party line then to just say, this isn't working, lets do something else. it's all about winning votes, and making money. dems/repubs/liberals/cons - they are ALL the same. but you're so one sided that you'll never believe that.

The Republicans attacked and tried to discredit Michael Moore's film, Nancy Reagn protested when the Reagan movie came out so it was pulled, the Republicans put together a smear campaign with the Swift Boat veterans commercial during the last election, and I could go on ~ but there isn't enough space in this Yahoo! box to do that.

i also heard about the praying scorbro mentioned , they have a shrine with moore's picture . but you have an exellent point , i wonder why they didn't take it off the air , maybe because it was known facts .we that have done our research already knew most of what the movie showed , but i am glad the liberals were able to see it and hopefully realize what idiots they are . if they believe farenheit 9/11 on not the path to 9/11 then they have no hope to be an open minded person

This movie was a fictionalized, partisan view of history, inconsistent with the findings of the 9/11 Commission but presented as factual. DVDs and teaching materials were to be mailed to high school history teachers.
Clinton was responsible for some security failures, but the point of the movie was to mislead you all about the real path to 9/11 and the much more significant national security failures subsequent to Clinton. Remember, Bush was in office for 8 months before 9-11 occurred. He was given many warnings about terrorists, but ignored them. It is illogical to think that Clinton was the proximate cause of the attack; that's why they have to rewrite history.

The problem is that America is still a 2-party state. That's ridiculous. No sensible person would fail to realize that LIBERAL is the same as COMMUNIST. America outlawed the communist party years go and should do the same now with Democrats and liberals.
And it should be a crime to disparage the President. Especially one who is so closely allied to JESUS.
Things would be a lot simpler if traitor DEMOCRATS had not signed the nuclear weapons treaty. America should renounce it and start dropping bombs on its enemies NOW.
Also: just as Saudi Arabia claims the Koran for its constitution, America should make the Christian Bible its constitution. Those who don't like it should move to commie Canada.

I think that we should stop all this trashing of Reps/Dems and get down to real business, like putting the US back on track. We are so far off track right now it doesn't matter what or who did what before, we the people need to stand up and let our voices be heard as to what we ant and think in these matters. Nothing will change if we don't speak up and that is why we are in the mess we are in.

republicans had a right to investigate and fact check. All they wanted to do was prevent farenheit from being shown, for NO reason. Maybe the dems learned a lesson from tha failure, and took it a step further. Are you mad at him for being successful at something the republicans failed at?

people wpuld have to buy or rent a copy of Fahrenheit 9/11 instead of watching it on television like "The Path....", which is important because ABC is trying to get people to watch it by claiming it is factual, whereas people who personally obtain a copy of Fahrenheit know ahead of time that the person whom created the film is biased

Name one thing that was false in Fahrenheit 9/11. It showed actual film clips of corruption in the Repub party.
