Dear In My: We have all done such projects but you need a better understanding of what the teacher expects. Are you to study the animal's behaviors, physical makeup, sexual reproduction, cellular structure, growth rate and its place in its environment? If so, you need to get all the necessary info by going to a research source - research librarian at your library can actually walk you through this. Once you KNOW your subject you then write about each of the above subjects. And, if you go on the internet and download photographs and attach them to your report you will win big time! When thinking about and researching this animal - and they are all marvelous creatures - this is the ONLY thing that should be on your mind. Screw your friends, let them fail and lose face with the people who are important. You are going to ace this thing!
I will give you some help if you email me or go to my blog, but I want you to talk to a research librarian first. Just walk in and ask anyone at the desk. It's so cool.
