I'm assuming your website is already published on the Internet (i.e. you have a website, uploaded to a host server), and that what you want to do it get it listed by search engines such as Yahoo! and Google.
Before you submit it, make sure you have made the most of the Meta tags to describe the content of your site. These will help search engines know what your site is about.
For Yahoo! you can submit it to their search engine here: http://uk.search.yahoo.com/freesubmit/submit
For Google, there are a lot of tools available, from a simple submit to a programme that looks at your site and highlights problems that may be keeping it from appearing high up in their lists. See: http://www.google.co.uk/webmasters/

i can sort you for £99 per year mysql database etc etc..... be careful of cheapo's full of rubbish.
