I don't degrade people. i don't like to make anyone feel bad emotionally or mentally.
i'm sercure. i don't need to hurt someone to try to make myself look and feel better than they are cause i'm not better than anyone well maybe in certain area and subject but not as a Human Being.

It is often harder to not degrade a person than to degrade a person or group...
B/c it is so easy to degrade a person, and I consider myself fair, I take an George Carlin approach, degrade everyone and all groups of people (especially Americans and I am an American)
And I do it as often a possible.

I try not to, but I know I do just by the looks I give people. I have a bad habit of showing disgust with what some people are wearing and how they are acting. And sometimes I'm just downright mean and say degrading things.

Yes,by not using my manners, I am always in control mode:
Therefore, I am shouting commands: Do this, Call them, without always realizing it....
Instead of Why don't you call them, or Could you please do me a favor?
For example, I will go in the 7-11 and just say
Marlboro 100
or Give me Marlboro 100's
It took a guy from Morocco behing the counter to call me on my rude approach.
Now, I try to think before I belittle another person commanding them like a servant.

The tone of how you look at someone can be very degrading

With the tone I use in my voice. I dont know it at the time, but then I will look back on what I have said and how it was said and realize what I had done. Its sad really.
