If someone could prove to you that by just clicking their fingers they could stop you from smoking and you would never have the urge again,
Who here would REFUSE the opportunity and why?

Hello Ziggy,
I would most defiantly reject the offer. My reason is that your free will would somehow be compromised. If you are willing to become passive enough to put another person in charge of your choices then you may have let go of the important spark ohhhh who knows why? Anyway i wouldn't didn't and wont. Although i did give up smoking and it was blimmin hard and i feel empathy for those in the predicament of needing to give it up. It really is a killer.
As for baby walkers Ziggy. Your best bet if you want to bring on the walking is a push along brick carrier type weighted down with telephone directory's or a sealed tight sand bag. Don't use those baby walkers that they sit in they are very bad for physical development. Your baby needs to walk at the right time, it can be very bad for development if you push them into walking in those sit in walkers. Some babies walk really early but 10 to 15 months is OK, Some are late and may need checking out. Baby bouncers that hang in doors are also bad for development by the way. The main thing is not to worry what everyone else is doing and remember that your child is an individual and special because they are them.

Are you talking about Hypnotherapy? If so, only some people are susceptible to it. I wouldn't turn down the opportunity if it was offered but doubt that it would work on me. I am not a heavy smoker at all, I gave up about a year ago cold turkey, lasted 4 months then started to smoke socially again. I put on a stone and a half during those 4 months and it is proving difficult to shift. Maybe I should do more exercise.........

Already have given up smoking. All anybody needs is willpower. Since I have given up smoking I think I have had 3 smokes in that time and that was only because I had a very stressful time that day. In stressful I mean I had my future mother-in-law die overseas and I felt helpless cos I couldn't go and be with my darling other half.
But I haven't had one since then and I feel better for it so all those who smoke GIVE IT UP If someone had given me that opportunity to give up that way I would have taken it for sure. It would of been a hell of alot eaiser than cold turkey

it is actually quite easy to give up, without the need of somebody to click there fingers! I used to smoke a lot, and i gave up New years day. With just the use of sugar free chewing gum, now half of the time i actually forget that i used to smoke!

If that was an option when I used to smoke I would have jumped at the chance. Took a while to kick that habit to the point where I didn't have the cravings.

I smoke - but if such a person existed I would take full advantage of their services having tried and failed to stop many times in the past.
Does such a person exist if so do you have contact details?

hi, i wouldn't want to stop smoking, ok, I'm not fit and healthy, buts that's due to lack of exercise, and all that about cancer, that's crap if you ask me, cancer is hereditary, so the answer to your question is no, i enjoy a cig wen i wake up, after meals, with a brew, before i go to sleep and after sex, especially!
