In 1905, teens went to school, read books and maybe the newspaper. If their family was wealthy, they had electric lights and perhaps a telephone. However, most families used gas and kerosene lanterns, with help from a few candles. Chances are that the home was heated with coal or firewood, and indoor plumbing was an increasingly common luxury. The cookstove in the kitchen used wood or coal, and there was no refrigerator. To keep things cold, you used an icebox. There was also no air conditioning.
For transportation, people walked and rode bicycles. Horses were still very common but like now, required a lot of care. For trips more than 20 miles or so, trains were the common mode of transport. Cars were almost unheard of then.
For fun (other than reading) kids played games like hide-and-seek, jacks, cards and Parcheesi. A group of kids in a neighborhood would get together and play some form of baseball (like stickball) or more elaborate games of cowboys and indians. There was a lot of playing outside in the fresh air, getting lots of exercise. Toys of all kinds were available, including toy wagons, soldiers, guns, dolls, balls and so forth.

They knew stuff like horse riding apposed to motorcycles, they also enjoyed music and dancing but rather than having a CD player, or an mp3, they did have live musicians, fox hunting, clay pigeon shooting . As they did not have electricity, necking was some much more romantic with candles burning etc etc

They had no technology. They had electricity and the phonograph. That is how they lived back in 1905.
