Select the TEXT, select format in the menu, select change case and from the dialog box select Lower Case.
This is for documents created using MS WORD (thats what you are using I assume).

1). go to your computer
2).Go under the tab button
(I know you got a dell computer)
3).Press "Caps Lock"
4).Look to the right at the top of the numbers you will see the light go off which means that the Caps are off

Some programs have a feature to change that. Look under "Fonts" or "Type" in that program. You'll still likely have to select the entire page (Control A) before implementing the change.

you should find an editor like ultraedit that has an option for changing caps to normal letter or viceversa.

try "hitting" the "Caps LocK" immediately under your left hand "Shift" key, which is directly above your left hand side of the "Ctrl" key---uh, leds sea---id ess de thurd key upwars from de boddom yur left hand side - de WEY fer end!!!
