Just been told by a doctor that my harmone imbalance what next?

Stay away from handguns and men who know how to push your buttons.
And seriously consider a female doctor who can recommend hormonal therapy. Men docs just refuse to understand "female" problems. Their anwer is "it's all in your mind".
