I think that it's normally okay for women to take the wheel when men fail or are incapacitated. But as far as them "ruling the world," it won't work and I don't think that most women want that deep down, and would be terrified.
I believe that men need to start becoming men again and recover from the liberal epidemic that has engulfed our land for decades.

Going all the way back to when "Eve" influenced "Adam" to take part in her mischief. Women have been the underlying cause to all (except gay) male made decisions.

Being a woman myself..I might have leadership qualities, but sorry...the authority has been given to the men!, However if they do not want to take up their responsibility as kings and priests, women will have to do it!
