Hi! I had a tummy tuck and hip liposuction done in July, and I am thrilled with the results. I use to be an aerobics instructor before I had TWINS 3 years ago, so I KNOW that diet and exercise are the best thing. But people like me, who's skin was actually overstretched like a rubber band by carrying twins, actually CANNOT fix it through diet and exercise. It is permanently overstretched. More power to the person who posted that they have 3 kids and a flat stomach, but my skin is not like yours, and truly became "damaged" (yes, my doctor said "damaged") and "unrepairable using natural ways." That's just how it is.

My hubby thinks I look great, but the most important thing is that my SELF ESTEEM has improved greatly....and that is what he LOVES. I am happier, and that makes me a happier wife and mother. What more could a husband want?

Hope this helped!

Unfortunately some people, as the poster above me, don't understand that diet and exercise don't always cut it. People who have lost a lot of weight already, especially, or have had big babies or twins will have such saggy skin that a tummy tuck would be in order.

I have never had one, but if I got stretched out I definitely would and I know my husband would love it. I got a boob job while we were engaged and he loved it.

Get tummy tuck surgery in India.Cosmetic and dental Surgery is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.

I have also read that they arrange financing for american and canadian patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your cosmetic surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

my cousin got a couple of cosmetic surgery procedures in India like the breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift through the forerunners healthcare. she is more than very happy with the results. she just paid 30% of the amount she was quoted in USA and is all praise for this forerunners healthcare company.i personally have seen the wonderful results and am particularly impressed with the kind of quality care she got from this company. I hope this helps.

i had one 1 year ago, i look and feel great. At first he was worried he might hurt me in some way, but now he just loves it. Plus, when you see how beautiful and flat your stomach is, you get motivated and start taking care of yourself more, thus looking and feeling better.

I wish more women understood that if they diet, exercise regularly they would never need a tummy tuck, it's just lazyness! I have had three children and my tummy looks beautiful! No tuck needed!
