I don't know about you but I love my friends so I think that both go hand in hand. So if you are talking about being "in love" that is different than just love. So you would need to explain yourself a little better. and if you are trying to say that you have a Friend that you are falling in love with you have a 50% chance that they fell the same way. How close are you two, how long have you known each other. There is too much missing here to be able to give you a really good answer. Either way God Bless and Good Luck

If you are serious and want to make your relationship work than no doubt love is important. Because love should always be the most important, especially if you feel you want to be with that person for the rest of your life. It always boil's down to you and your love. If this is the case then my answer would be "Love". Other than this friendship is important and should be valued.

the answer will differ to every person, as it is relationship, may be, either friendship or affair which describes the importance. what gives you more satisfaction will be more important to you. what personally i think is both because you cannot leave any one alternate for other. both are the part of ones life.
