I think it had something to do with the Bears game... Was it a lottery?

The owner of the store was a Bears fan and told the customers that if the Bears stop the Green Bay Packers from scoring any points in Sunday's game, then whatever they bought over the weekend was free up to $10,000. He got the store insured for $300,000 worth of stuff and ended up paying it all out.
