Yup, Stalin hated Jews and God and the followers of God, and believed the government had to run peoples' lives. Opponents were worthy only of death. He was the ultimate liberal.
Hitler would never have overrun Europe if he had been confronted with conservative governments instead of the liberal governments of England and France in the 1930's. Those liberal governments were afraid of war and let Hitler take over countries and arm himself to the teeth, lest people get hurt if they didn't do what Hitler wanted. They also believed that if they loved Hitler, then Hitler would love them back and everybody would have a love-in and there would be world peace.
Hitler himself showed many traits of liberals - hatred of Jews, control of the people by the government...
99% of the world's misery is caused by liberals.

Carpe Diem - you are so wrong. Conservatives gave the US its independence. It was liberals who wanted to remain under British rule. That's how liberals do things. "Peace at all costs - even personal freedom. Let dictators dance on our heads."

Sing it brother! Liberalism is a mental disorder. Liberals believe in gun control, just as did Hitler. Then Hitler gathered all the guns. Then he rounded up the Jews, Masons, any anyone else he deemed worthy of the gas chambers and ovens.
Oh... and liberals do hate the Jews. Just look at how they react whenever Israel defends itself against those "practitioners of peace".
Stop the spread of liberalism... castrate a liberal!

Liberal, classical definition: A political ideology that advocates more freedoms (from latin 'Libertas', freedom), either in the personal sphere (more civil rights), in the political sphere (more political rights) or in the economic sphere (free market).
A totalitarian dictator like Stalin, that did not give any of this rights to its citizens (few civil rights, no political rights, no economic rights), is actually the opposite of 'liberalism'.
The government of the UK, meanwhile, was, by modern historians' definition, "liberal-conservative", that is, a government that was conservative in the personal sphere (few civil rights) and liberal in the economic sphere (free trade, laissez-faire).
In fact, Neville Chamberlain and Winston Churchill, the two UK WWII Prime Ministers, belonged to the CONSERVATIVE party, and to the English right-wing, while the French President, Leon Blum, was a centre-left socialdemocrat.
Not to mention that the British appeasement policy has been proven to be a right decision by many historians, since the UK needed more time to start building-up armament for the war, and intelligence about the German military capacity was not available.
It was believed that Hitler had a much larger army than what he really had, while the UK was coming out of an economic recession and needed time to build up its troops.
Why don't you learn a bit about the world before embarrasing yourself like this, you idiot?
I'm tired of people like you, that speak about politics without knowing any facts about neither history, economics or politics. People need to read and learn more, and speak less.
Otherwise, you sound like dumb parrots repeating what you heard on TV.
Also, 'liberal' only means "left-wing" in the US, since your media has simplified politics so much to let you believe that there are only two ideologies in the world, which is retarded.
The real definition of the world 'liberal', the one that is used in the rest of the world, means pro-free-market-capitalist, pro-democracy, pro-more-civil-rights. It's basically a form of right-wing ideology.
LEARN BEFORE TALKING! People like you make me want to bash my fists against the wall until they bleed.

Liberalism has its place. Without it our founding fathers would have been peaceful law abiding citizens and we'd be under British rule today (and they would not be the nation they are today either). The term Liberalism and Leftism seem to be mistakenly interchangable today, mainly because todays liberals are leftists

You couldn't be more wrong. Stalin and Hitler were self described fascists. A fascist is an extreme right wing person who denies liberties to others. You need a lesson in history.

Did you know that the Bush regime are Americans. By your logic, can we assume that all of us Americans are the cause of 99% of the world's misery? Labeling is the easy way to argue without stating issues.

The current administration is the most Liberal in history.
Why do you attack your administration like that? Just because Germany and others recently compared Bush to Hitler doesnt mean you have to.
