You should be able to.However you need to make sure the weight of your trailer is within limitsCheck with any ford dealer as towing capacites are different for 2 and 4 wheel drive models along with tongue weights and gross vehicle weight limits..

As long as your fifthwheel plate is centered on the back of your frame to disribute the weight evenly between your tires i dont see why not but the real question is does it have enough power to pull what you are hauling?

Depends on the weight of the trailer. Also if you do, be careful turning because of the short bed, if you turn sharp enough you can crunch the cab of your truck.
