how can i legalle hide assets?

You can hide your cash in your closet. Or you can establish a corporation and transfer your assets. Corporation still needs to pay tax though.

Legally, you can't.
Unless you get paid under the table and stuff the money under your mattress.
If there's a paycheck, there's a SSN, if there's an SSN, there's a paper trail, and with a paper trail, you're caught!
