You need 249 points to get to level 2. If you click on your user name it will take you to your page. On the right hand side it tells you how many points you need to reach the next level.
Asking questions makes you lose 5 points each. Answering questions gains you 2 points. In Level 1 you can answer 20 points per day. So answer away!

Level 2 requires u to have 250 pts. The only thing u can do is answer more questions.

once you have reached 250 points you will be on level 2

think you need 150 for level 2 then 1000 for level 3
