All bodies of water have a tide. Its just more noticable in the sea.

An inland body of water will have a tide, but it may only rise and fall a centimetre or so, so it will not be noticable.

If it is a sea loch it will have a tide.

Yes they do. They are influenced by the moon's gravitational pull, just as are the seas. It is just less noticeable.
