The UN gave Israel its charter and can rescind it.

Historically, Israel only existed for about 100 years around 1000 BC. I would not say that gives them the right to claim the land. It has been occupied by Arabs for over two thousand years.

No details are needed to explain why. Since 1947 the Middle East has been in turmoil. Why?

Every war between Israel and Palis was started by the latter: 1948, 1956, 1967, 1973, 1982, and 2006. I say Israel did a darn good job of securing itself considering the fact that pro-arab UN was constantly on its case. Contemporary version of the UN under Kofi Annan is not an exception. The man is absolutely incompetent as a leader and he turned UN into a laughing stock. Why should Israel even care about what UN says when no one else does? In 1967 Israel kicked some major butt and Palis still can't get over their defeat and are being a bunch of cry babies, because they don't know how to build a civilized society or anything remotely close to it. Israel have to live with these people under its wing day in and day out and it is very convenient to judge Israel from the comfortable chair and a flat screen monitor. Israel's critics, do me a favor and put yourself into Israel's shoes, and you will understand what it's like to build and live in a normal country when everyone wants a piece of you.

Sure right after the United States gives back the country to the Indians, the Spanish give back the land to the Aztecs, Inca, and Mayans, The French give their land back to the Romans, and the Arabs give back to the Mesopotamians. Shut Up already! It happened both sides fought Isreal won it's over. If you disarm all of the Islamic Middle East the world is a safer place. If you disarm Isreal... Holocoust part 2!

I think it's too late for that and it wouldn't solve the problem anyway because the problem is against the people not the land, the land is just an excuse. However we must find ways to solve this problem and fast, both sides need to compromise. Trying to solve it by annihilating the enemy is impossible.
The first step is that Israel returns to the pre-1967 borbers.

Almost 60 years have passed and dissolution is not a humane resolution to the problem. That would mean displacing too many people and civil riots and wars. Why stoop to the level of the Zionist Israeli government? What is needed is for Israeli control of Palestine and the Palestinian people to end. What right have they, after they have stolen the land, to continue to dictate how they live?

Should your country be taken away for a country that doesnt exist?Should your country be taken away because you defend yourself against attacks day in and day out?Tell the palestinians to keep their bomb toting children and thier own yard and no one should worry about Israel.Sounds like you want the Jews not to exist as well.
