Also known as giggly. As in one of my sisters could have a couple of drink and get a bit tipsy, not quite drunk but they are under the influence. Simple things can make her laugh while in this state, therefore giggly/tipsy

tipsy is a term for a little drunken behavior. people react differently when under the influence of alcohol. being unable to walk right, talk right is a sign of being tipsy.
