To give birth and lose a child at the same time?

I can't imagine having my son come to the hospital to see his new sister, and then after awhile collapse and suddenly die!!!
Everyone happy one minute, and then the next????????
What a terrible shame for Anna and her family.. I will be praying for you Anna.....May your son rest in peace!!! Kiss your new little girl extra!
