dont know if you have a Shoney's in your area, but if you find one check them out, thier breakfasts are fantastic

In your kitchen.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in bottom of baking dish. Crack 1 or 2 eggs into dish. Cover. Bake in oven for 7 to 9 minutes. No flipping, no mess. Serve with toast and OJ.
