Need help about NCLEX!?

Question

Can someone give me the step-by-step procedure for NCLEX application? I am planning to take the exam, however, all my friends are halfway through while I havent taken the first step. I think Im going to do it on my own now but I've no idea what to do first or next after that. I am an RN here in the Philippines and I have to fly to Hongkong or Guam(the nearest NCLEX testing centers from here) to take it. Tips or any info on how to expedite the processing will be highly appreciated. Thanks! :)

You should be able to get that on line from Guam's nursing board, apply with that state for your license. Write or call the closest place below I did not see Hong Kong.
