Here are 10 sure signs that she's into you.
1. She ignores you.
Instead of being friendly and outgoing, a girl who likes you may ignore you altogether. The idea is that she's afraid you don't feel the same, so she'll reject you before you reject her. Your mission: Take the lead, start up a conversation, and see if she lets down her guard.
2. She fidgets.
She's always messing with her hair and clothes when you're around. Why does she get so self-conscious? She's primping for you. Your best bet: Tell her she looks great!
3. She checks you out.
If you catch her looking once, it's a coincidence. If you catch her looking twice, it's curiosity. If you catch her looking more than that, she's definitely angling for a prom invite.
4. She smiles at you in the hallway. In case you didn't know, straining all those smile muscles isn't easy -- most girls don't flash their pearly whites for just anyone.
5. She never misses an opportunity to laugh at your jokes.
If she appreciates your sense of humor more than anyone else you know, it's not because she's easily amused -- she's trying to make a connection. But being funny will only get you so far. She wants to know that you have a serious side too.
6. She has a nickname for you.
If she gives you a pet name or a nickname (a sign that she took the time to think of one), you're in! Consider her extra crazy about you if she uses this nickname loudly and in front of her pals.
7. She sits next to you in class -- every day.
This is a definite sign that she wants to get to know you better. Even if she doesn't come right out and try to talk to you, her placement in the room is totally calculated.
8. She asks if you want to study together.
Making excuses to hang out may be her way of guarding against rejection. If she asks you to study with her, chances are she just wants to spend some quality time. So while you're going over geometry, pop the prom question. Write it in her notes or just ask her straight out.
9. She cancels on her friends to hang out with you.
It's sad but true -- you'd cancel plans with your pals to go out with her, right? It's a bummer for her buds, but a bonus for you!
10. She tells her friends she thinks you're cute.
On a scale of 1 to 10, this is the most obvious sign that she likes you. If she's spreading the word, you must do a follow-up and ask her -- now.

You can't catagorize girls as one group in this, not all girls act the same around a guy they like. Some might act girly, some might act giggly && stupid, some might act conceited, some might act flirty, some might look at you a lot, some might try too hard to impress you, some might be shy....
Etc etc etc etc.

They go all coy and giggle a lot with their friends ... if they're a bit more mature, they might lick their lips, cross and uncross their legs if sitting on a bar stool, play with their drink, undress you with their eyes ... anything to make you take notice (except actually talk to you!)

Usually like dumba**es but they try anything to get noticed even if it embarrases their crush. Some will even act as if they are notinterested but will stare when ya dont look.
