It means stop take time to examine yourself, if people are calling bossy is for a reason ask some one you really trust to be honest with you about the word bossy and how it applies to you. Remember be opened minded and don't hold any resentment towards this person, because after all you're asking her to be honest with you. only take what you want out of her comments and the ones you feel don't apply to you throw them to the wind. Maybe you should start by asking your mother?

A bossy person is someone who is controlling and/or demands everything to be done their way or no way at all.
This person normally does not consider the feelings, capabilities (whether or not they can do as demanded), or rank (if work related) of the other people involved.
This sort of person was usually spoiled as a child...had everything they asked for given to them with no expectations in return such as extra chores.

Bossy: Given to ordering others around; domineering

Bossy can mean different things but mostly it means to come accross as telling people what to do most of the time. Websters dictionary defines it as: : inclined to domineer. Basically you have a tendicy to dominate people. A lot of people don't like that. Just something to think about. Good luck.

You expect to much and require it done. Someone that is commanding and/or forceful about a situation.

Basically 'back off'!...u must be a person that likes to take control, just remember, everyone has there own mind and they can make their own decisions!
Some of u people may think you are 'helping' others by doing things for them, making THE decision, telling people what to do...BUT YOU'RE NOT!
Learn to stand back, and watch, don't bud in.

It means you like to be in control ... if you want something doing, I guess you'd rather order someone else to do it than do it yourself?

You probably expect your meals to be ready for you, your laundry to be done, your instructions at work to be obeyed instantly and without question and you probably scare the sh*t out of your boyfriends by ordering them to do what you want them to do in the bedroom!

Lighten up a little ... do some things for yourself and let your boyfriend do what he wants for a change!
