Boils, especially those caused by MRSA (Methicillin Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus), an antibiotic resistant bacteria, have become increasingly common over the past several years. These can occur in normal healthy people, and can start from almost any injury that opens the skin (including insect bites, etc.). Once this bacteria gets into the body, it can collonize (especially in the nostrils) and can cause recurrent boils/infections almost anywhere on the body. For this reason, I suggest you see a doctor to get prompt treatment, including antibiotics. If you treat at home and hope for the infection to get better you will be at much higher risk for recurrent infections!

1.General health should be improved since boils occur in individuals with debility and ill health. 2. Touch the skin of the boil which will hasten necrosis of the boil and help the pus to drain out. 3. Or remove the affected hair then pus escapes readily. 4. Only if the boils recur or if there are multiple boils then only antibiotics may be necessary. 5.After the pus is drained the part should be cleaned twice with disinfectant so that there won't be any recurrence of boil. 6. If the boils recur exclude diabetes by laboratory investigations.

are you sure it's a boil and not just a really big painful pimple? A boil will be a really big lump, getting bigger and bigger with a small red pimple like spot in the middle. I had a friend who got a boil once and we had to take her to the doctor (actually we took her the the ER, we thought she had a spider bite) and they just drained it (yuck) ... but that might be kind of embarrassing since it's on your bum. But if it is a boil just make a dr's appointment and they'll take care of it.

EGGS MIMOSA : 6 hard boiled eggs parsley mayo black olives salt & pepper Cut the hard boiled in half, take carefully the yokes off and put them (except 2) in a bowl where you add the shredded parsley, salt, pepper & a little of mayo. Feel the egg whites with the mixture. Smash the other 2 yokes a little and sprinkle the yokes on top of the eggs. Decorate with a slice of black olive Bon appétit

Ouch! Make sure you keep the area clean. Bathe it in warm salt water, dry gently and put honey on it. Cover it with a plaster. Keep doing this twice daily and it should come to a 'head'. Squeeze it very gently to remove the pus and dab with a moist cottonwool pad and a few drops of tea tree oil. That should sort it out.

Let it come to a head and then lance it yourself otherwise the dr. will charge you a fortune to lance it . Wear a face cover because they stink when you lance them. Good Luck.
