At first the radio stopped working then the door locks on the driver side stopped....it is a 2004 jeep and now the interior lights dim if you try to turn the light up, the int light comes on and won't go off. The driver side window switches don't even work anymore. I have only had this jeep about 6 months and have already tried to replace part in driver door but that wasn't the problem. Please give me some advice on what I should do or what may be wrong

I had some similar issues with my jeep GC and we ended up fixing it by disconnecting one of the rear ceiling lights. I dont know whay that worked but once we pulled it out of the roof and disconnected it all the issues stopped. Try going through the fuze box and pulling one at a time and seeing if the problem goes away, that way you can narrow down where the issue may be...

hope this helps a little although I know its not the easy answer.

I have a 96 JGC 4.0L I6 4x4 LTD and my dash lights will go out, come back on, dim and brighten themselves, and I have linked that problem to the dimmer switch. Your problem sounds like an issue with the courtesy light system in combination with a problem with your light switch. I would have a dealership look into this, as if you start digging into things it may cause other un-intentional issues, such as alarm problems. Seems like the alarm systems in these darn jeeps are a bit temperamental.

Mine did that and it was a combination of poor stereo wiring and the switch for the lights was out try those if that doesnt work it has to be a short in the dash some where.

There is a component called a body control module(BCM). This module controls all interior lighting as well as windows and locks. I would recommend taking it to the dealer and having this module tested.
