I really don't much like racism, but on the other hand I am rather fond of "nips" so put me down for: "lovely sticky out things on the end of bosoms"

Neither. A nip is a small drink, sort of like a sip, but usually refering to alcohol. Or, it can mean a short trip such as "I'll just nip out for some milk."

well, on a cold winters morning, someone once said "It is a bit Pearl Harbour out here to today". When quizzed, he replied...."there is a nasty nip in the air".....
