Use Google and search "myspace layouts." Or go to the Forums section on myspace itself, there is a forum there specifically for discussion on customizing.

there are a million websites for that... just search myspace layouts and pick one.. they all explain how to do it... its quite easy

you go to a website that has stuff for my space, find the background you like, copy the code, then go to the edit my profile part of your page, and paste the code in the about me section of your profile.
