I have tons of ideas for baby names! But chosing a name for your baby is very important. I'm sure you know that there are plenty of baby name books out there that tell you the origin and the meaning along with all the derivatives. The bible is a great source to find some really powerful names. Many bibles actually list the names in a concordance at the back. You want to chose a name that gives your baby character and that is positive. Beware of names that are negative, like Jezabel, or Damion, which mean harlot and evil, or Delores, which means sorrows. The best thing to do is to make a list of names that you and your partner like, (if that is a option) some suggestions from friends and family and look up the origin. When you think of your baby, and you see a name, you will know that that is the name of your precious baby. It kind of just hits you and you say, "That's my baby!" I have a daughter named Elisha. It's from the bible, and it means power. It is a mans name but it sounds feminine. I get compliments all the time. I also like Hannah, Olivia, Victoria and Grace. For boys I like Ray, Isaac, and Zion. But I must say that my all time favorite suggestion for a boy and girl names is when Lucy Ricardo on the I love Lucy show told Ricky that she wanted their baby's name to be "unique" and "uphonious". So Ricky said, "Ok! Unique if it's a girl and Uphonious if it's a boy!" Good Luck and blessings on your pregnancy and family!

boys names: Hunter James, William Scott, Jonathon Edward, Alexander David, Phillip Michael, Kyle Henry, Benjamin Lee

girls names: Sheridan DeAnne, Emma Leigh, Brooke Elizabeth, Kaitlyn(Katie) Rose, Aimee Jo, Amanda Lee, Emily Taylor, Cassandra Leigh, Olivia Kae (O.K.)

Hope these give a ittle idea. Good luck in the forthcoming event. Once you see the baby...the name will come to you and it will fit.

think of a person or culture you wish to remember

example Native Americans

go to baby name site start with Z and go backwards until you find a name with a sound you are comfortable with

amazingly the child later takes on the characteristics
usually associated with people of that name

that doesn't explain Dweezel and Moon Unit other than what is used to moon people with or flash em

Just a suggestion for you: Have 2 or 3 names picked out that you really like (boy & girl). After you see your wonderful little bundle one of the names you have picked out will look and feel right for your newborn. Congratulation and have fun picking out names.

Use family names or a combination of family names to make a new name.

Use your maiden name as the child's name or middle name.

Don't use any names that are way out there, sounding odd or spelled odd. The child will have difficulty with it all his life.
