You don't. Nothing good will come from it. If you intend to tell him anyway think about the current AND future consequences should things turn out badly.

Don't do it to yourself... Work is a place of business. Not a dating scene. Most flings are made between co-works. Nothing good comes out of it. And he sounds like a play-boy. You can't recognize friends from overly friendly. Analyze everything, and see if this is really what you want to get yourself into...

You won't. Or I wouldn't anyway. But maybe you're braver than me. I fell in love with my co-worker, well, in a state of knowing that if I were with him I would fall in love with him. I asked if he wanted to be with me. He said 'yes'. We're still together and madly in love over a year later. I always give the advice to never admit you love someone until you're with them. Not because you don't but because it hurts so much more if you never get a chance and you know that they know your feelings.

Do not tell a guy you love him, he will just freak him out and especially if he works with you. Tell him you need to practice your kissing technique and would he oblige, and if he doesn't well you know its not meant to be.
But you you really have to tell him, substitute the word 'like' for 'love'.
And what ever you do, dont send him an email proclaiming your love.

try this appraoch: write him an email and tell him how you feel. then tell him in the email if he feels the same way write back, and if he doesnt do not reply--it will save heartcache and you wont lose that vibe between the two of you...

How does he look in a fuzzy hat, alligator boots, and a long suede coat. also buy him a pimpmobile.
you buy it, because you can get the other girls to work for him too.
